Appalachian Vacation in Celebration of my Graduation (May 2016)

About a year after I graduated college, I was in the right frame of mind to finally start planning a big road trip to commemorate my graduation. I chose to travel for two weeks through the Southeast, spending time in several dozen state parks and National Forests.

This was my first time planning and executing a trip of this magnitude on my own, and while there were a few hiccups, things all worked out very well in the end. This was the trip that lit the fire in me to become more ambitious in planning future travels and to venture further and further away from my base of operations.

Here's some of the highlights of my two weeks of travel.
