September Snapshots - Part 2


Took several short trips in September, including one to Red Rocks to see Punch Brothers and Gillian Welch play. Didn't find anything worth taking photos of there though. Also took one to Custer State Park in South Dakota, where I was much more snap-happy. This is the second post about that trip.

Pictured above is the Scovel Johnson Tunnel.

The tunnels of the Iron Mountain Scenic Byway were deliberately created to frame Mt. Rushmore.

Didn't want to pay 20 bucks to see Mt. Rushmore up close. I'm grateful this pullout was available so I could at least see George Washington's head.
